We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of shops and down the hill from the train station. Additionally, it is close to the highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The service provided was exceptional, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a heating system, a cozy sitting area, and a beautiful terrace with a dining table. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a washing machine, which was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV and comfortable beds added to our enjoyment of our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making us feel welcome.
We highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Located conveniently close to the highway, this accommodation is within walking distance of shops and only a short walk down the hill from the train station. the room and bathroom both impress with their modern and spotless interior. the breakfast provides a good start to the day. the facilities available in the apartment are well equipped.
The service could be improved as staff seemed unmotivated to make the stay more enjoyable.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the scenic Black Forest and charming Alsace region. the balconies offered stunning views. the apartment was well-equipped with all necessary kitchen facilities and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
The shared washing machine and dryer were not convenient, especially as the dryer required payment. the WiFi quality was poor and we were provided with limited toilet paper and garbage bags.

Amazing views. Conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than expected and felt cramped. The bathroom was not very clean and had a faint smell.

Great location for exploring nearby countries. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Clean and spacious with lovely views. Supermarket and park within walking distance.
